Our next class will be Saturday, March 17th.  We're going to learn how to make an eclipse card using the StampinUp alphabet set.  If you're anxious to make a card with numbers instead of the Breast Cancer HOPE card, let me know ahead of time.  That will be the only way I can make an exception.

As many of you know, I'll be going on my "Quilting Cruise" next week.  Be prepared for me to drone on about it at our next workshop.

I'm working on a card using Chibitronics.  You might want to look it up on Google.  I bought the supplies and hope to have you experience making at least one card.  Since it's not SU and is not cheap, I'll see what I can work out once I get home and settled.  It's so much fun to put lights on a card.  It's hard to find a stamp set that's going to give it the oomph it deserves.
I've been remiss in posting this spring but here are the cards we made in our February class and I'll post a few cards I've been working on.

Here are some I've been working on but doubt I'll do a class on:

Sale-a-Bration is here.

It's all about pink this class.  Something a tad different for us but, I think, quite pretty.  A couple techniques to try and a couple old items in our stash to try and use.  The rose used in the card on the left, is from the Sale-A-Bration catalog called, for "unobvious" reasons, Lots of Lavender.  It includes a beautiful lavender blossom.

The flower below is from the Painted Harvest Stamp Set which is coming back for this catalog.  It's stunning in fall colors but I think it makes its mark in pink too.

If you didn't take advantage of the Clearance Rack you'll be sorry you missed the Botanical framelits used below.  They are fabulous with lots of little extras.  They may still be there.

See you Saturday, January 20th at 9:30.
